From sandbox to production
- You start in the sandbox. Our onboarding mail brings an invitation to the sandbox Operator Portal and a one-time link to your signing secret. The link shows the secret once; we never send a secret by email or chat. A link that expired or was opened by someone else is replaced by a new one on request.
- The Operator Portal's Overview counts what is left: the wallet test suite passed against your current wallet URL, a game played with money settled in your wallet, and the addresses your servers call from set under Credentials.
- When all three pass, press Request production access and give your production wallet URL (HTTPS) and the addresses your production servers call from.
- We review the request and promote you. Production sends its own onboarding mail: an invitation to the production Operator Portal and a one-time link to your production secret.
Switching to production
- Store the production secret from its link, then switch the base URL and the key pair. Nothing else in your code changes.
- Admit the addresses we call your wallet from, listed in the production portal.
- The games you are entitled to in production are set by your account manager and appear in the production portal's Games.
