Sandbox and production run the same code and the same contract. Credentials of one do not work in the other.

Production addresses
Production host names and outbound IPs are handed over with production credentials during onboarding. Add them to allow-lists then, not from an earlier copy of this page.Only /v1/* exists on the API host. Everything else, /health included, answers 404.
