The picture behind an images URL on a game or provider.

The one call that is not signed: it is meant for an <img> tag on your storefront. It answers PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF, at most 5 MB, with Cache-Control: public, max-age=31536000, immutable.
A replaced picture gets a new id and a new URL; the one you hold never changes body. Cache it for as long as you like or hotlink it.
