Compare server_time with your clock. More than a few seconds apart and your timestamps will start falling outside the 5-minute window.

error	HTTP	Retry	When
UNAUTHORIZED	401	see meaning	Signature headers missing, key unknown or revoked, digest does not match, or the timestamp is more than 5 minutes from our clock. Only the clock case answers retryable: true.
RATE_LIMITED	429	yes	Over the per-minute limit set for your operator. The window is a calendar minute; Retry-After gives the seconds until it restarts.

Every endpoint can also answer UNAUTHORIZED, ADDRESS_NOT_ALLOWED, RATE_LIMITED and UPSTREAM_UNAVAILABLE. See the Error reference.
