/v1/rates
What you are charged: your revenue share per provider, per band of your monthly turnover, in the market you are billed under.

It is the same resolution the invoice runs, so the percent you read here is the percent the invoice will carry. Read it on a schedule; it changes when your agreement does.

}| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| percent | A percentage as a JSON number: 12.5 means 12.5%, not 0.125. |
| tiers | A flat deal has one band, tier_ordinal 1. A second currency is a second ladder, read against turnover in that currency, not a conversion. |
| market / rates | rates is the billed column alone; rates_by_market is the whole grid. |
| sections | Games priced apart (live, blackjack); a game in no listed section is at rates. |
| tier_mode | whole prices the month at the band it lands in; progressive prices each band's slice at that band's percent. |
Band amounts and percents are JSON numbers. See Money.
